Is your family prepared?

Tornadoes in Joplin, Missouri and the earthquake and tsunami in Japan remind us that we also live in an area prone to natural disasters. Being prepared means not only having the supplies you need, but also knowing what to do at a time when seconds count. To learn more about how to prepare yourself and your family, look at the FEMA website (www.ready.gov) and the CDC-American Red Cross website (emergency.cdc.gov/preparedness).

About Breastfeeding

If you choose to breastfeed your baby, make sure that you ask your pediatrician if you have any questions.
